Terms of Service

1. Who we are

autosub is operated by Klip, based in Kenya(“we”, “us”). You can reach us at hello@autosub.im.

2. What autosub does

autosub watches the TikTok, YouTube and Instagram accounts you connect, finds your new posts, and submits their links to the Whop Content Rewards campaigns you choose. It shows each submission in a dashboard and alerts you when a post needs your attention. autosub only reads your social accounts: it never posts, edits or deletes anything on them.

autosub is in development. It is invite-only and free while it is being built, and features may change, pause or stop. Joining the waitlist creates no account and no obligation for you or for us.

3. Who can use autosub

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a binding contract. While autosub is invite-only, you can create an account only if we have invited you.

4. Your accounts and the platforms

• You may only connect social and Whop accounts that you own or are authorised to manage.
• You remain responsible for following the terms of TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Whop and Content Rewards, and the rules of each campaign you join, including which accounts are approved and how posts must be made.
• Automated submission: Content Rewards has not confirmed whether automated submission of your own posts is allowed. It is your decision whether to use autosub's automatic submissions, and you can turn them off at any time. We will not open autosub to anyone else until Content Rewards confirms in writing that it is allowed.
• autosub is independent. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Whop, Content Rewards, TikTok, YouTube or Instagram.
• Keep your sign-in details safe, and tell us at once if you think someone else has used your account.

5. What you allow autosub to do

By connecting your accounts and choosing your settings, you allow autosub to:

• read your posts and basic account information from the platforms you connect;
• keep a signed-in Whop session on our server and use it to submit your posts' links to the campaigns you set up, on your behalf;
• send you alerts by email, WhatsApp and Pushover, if you turn them on.

You can withdraw this at any time by disconnecting an account, turning off automatic submissions, or deleting your data (see Data Deletion).

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use autosub to submit content you don't have the rights to, or to break any law or platform rule;
• try to access other people's data or accounts, or autosub systems you aren't meant to reach;
• disrupt autosub, probe it for weaknesses without our written permission, or overload it;
• copy, resell or reverse engineer autosub, except where the law allows it.

7. Fees

autosub is free while it is in development. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you the price and terms before you are charged anything, and nothing will be charged without your agreement.

8. No guarantee of results

We work to submit every post on time, but we can't guarantee it. Submissions can be late, fail or be rejected, for example when a platform or Content Rewards changes, is unavailable, or refuses a post. autosub doesn't guarantee any earnings, approvals or campaign outcomes. Alerts depend on your phone, its settings, your network and outside services, so they can be delayed or missed. You remain responsible for your deadlines.

9. Liability

autosub is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost earnings, rejected or missed submissions, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us for autosub in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability, or any right you have as a consumer, that cannot be limited under the laws of Kenya.

10. Your content and ours

Your posts, account data and settings remain yours. You allow us to process them only to provide autosub to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. autosub's software, name and design belong to Klip.

11. Ending your use

You can stop using autosub and delete your data at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts autosub or others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it. We may also stop the service; if we do, we will give account holders reasonable notice and a way to export their data.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for significant changes, email account holders before the changes apply. If you keep using autosub after that, the new terms apply.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before going to court, please write to us so we can try to resolve it.
